Train rides are a great way to kick back and watch the scenery speed by.
No endless freeway traffic jams... plus you get to see parts of the country cars can't make it go.
Holly's Hideaway Cottage
After Peter picks me up in Ventura, we visit Holly's (Peter's youngest sister) new home. It's a classic California craftsman done by a University of California, Santa Barbara scene and lighting expert in the Theater Arts Department.
